Multilingual Delay, Thrilling Teaser

Originally scheduled for an August 11 release, “Animal” was postponed to December 1 due to the time-consuming production process of creating songs in multiple languages. Apart from Hindi, the film will also be released in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam. The pre-teaser released in June provided glimpses of the world of “Animal,” emphasizing its adrenaline-pumping action thriller nature.

Sandeep Reddy Vanga, known for directing the Telugu blockbuster “Arjun Reddy” and its Hindi remake “Kabir Singh,” is no stranger to success at the box office, although both films faced criticism for their portrayal of toxic masculinity.

Vanga previously mentioned that “Animal” would showcase true violence, hinting at a more intense experience. Ranbir Kapoor, who stars in the film, acknowledged that it pushed him out of his comfort zone and made him work harder as an actor. Describing it as a crime drama and a father-son story, he mentioned that the character is quite different from his usual roles, which intrigued him and challenged him as an actor.
