Devoleena Bhattacharjee is a well-known Indian television actress. She has been seen on many popular TV shows and was also a part of the hit reality TV show Bigg Boss.

She was born in an Assamese- Bengali family and studied at NIFT, Delhi. She made her debut in 2011 through NDTV Imagine’s Sawaare Sabke Sapne Preeto. She then went on to do a more popular series on Sat Plus which was a breakthrough role for her. She is also among the very few who have been on the sets of Bigg Boss for three seasons- the 13th, 14th, and 15th.

In an interview, Devoleena said, “I celebrate my birthday the entire month! I love celebrating my birthday and that’s something that hasn’t changed even after I have grown up. I celebrate the day on August 22nd and 23rd both, because I was born on August 22nd after 12 am, which technically is 23rd.”
As she turns 38 years old today, her husband Shanwaz also celebrated her birthday with a little surprise!
