Dil Bechara, the last movie of Sushant Singh Rajput released on the Disney+Hotstar last evening, and since then, social media has gone abuzz with emotional messages. Fans and celebrities are pouring love for the film as they had a hard time watching Sushant for the last time in a movie. Well, fans wanted Dil Bechara to release on theatre but it didn’t happen due to COVID 19 situation.

The movie has got so overwhelming response so far that it has a score of 9.8 on IMDB rating currently. Watching Dil Bechara wasn’t just hard for the fans, but also for the celebrities. Many celebrities took to social media to express how they were feeling after watching the last movie of Sushant Singh Rajput.

Dil Bechara is Sanjana Sanghi’s debut film. She was a sheer delight to watch. She has earlier worked in Imtiaz Ali’s Rockstar and also featured in supporting roles in movies like Fukrey Returns and Hindi Medium. Director Imtiaz Ali on Wednesday took to Instagram to wish good luck to Sanjana. Sharing a picture of him and Sanjana, the director wrote, “Little Mandy from Rockstar is a big girl now! Looking fwd”

Earlier, in a very emotional note, Dil Bechara director Mukesh Chhabra who is debuting with the movie urged fans to watch the movie once it releases. He believes that the picture was a passion project for the late actor Sushant Singh Rajput. He wrote, “Presenting to you our dream and the dream of my brother Sushant, who will live on in me till my last breath. So much has changed in my life these past few years and I will always cherish every single moment…I’m glad Dil Bechara is free for everyone, without any subscription, so every single person in India can watch it. So many mixed emotions. I urge you to watch it with your family, friends, girlfriend, boyfriend, loved ones. For you to celebrate a life that lived and will forever be in our hearts.”

Apart from Sushant Singh Rajput as Manny and Sanjana Sanghi as Kizzy, the movie stars Swastika Mukherjee and Saif Ali Khan in a special role as well. The amazing music of the film is scored by the legendary AR Rahman and the screenplay is penned by Shashank Khaitan and Suprotim Sengupta.
