Bhushan Kumar Expands Devotional Legacy with Pan-India Film ‘Jai Hanuman’

T-Series Bhushan Kumar has revealed that he will be working with Mythri Movie Makers to produce the epic mythological film Jai Hanuman which is expected to be a magnificent cinematic homage to one of India’s most venerated deities. Actor Rishab Shetty who won a National Award will play the title role of Lord Hanuman in the film which is directed by the visionary Prasanth Varma. This will be Shetty’s first time playing a role of such spiritual prominence in a myth. 

Jai Hanuman which is slated for release throughout India will honor the cultural and spiritual essence that the deity embodies while delving deeply into the ancient tales of Indian mythology and attempting to reintroduce to a contemporary audience Lord Hanuman’s unwavering devotion, strength and divine mission.

Now Bhushan Kumar is bringing that spiritual legacy to the big screen. His T-Series is well-known for its iconic contribution to devotional music including the YouTube video of Hanuman Chalisa which broke all previous records with over 5 billion views. Speaking about the event Kumar said he was thrilled.

This partnership is a continuation of T-Series recent strategy of funding content that blends Indian cultural values with compelling storytelling. The makers have discovered in Rishab Shetty the ideal representation of Lord Hanuman, a figure of service, humility and strength.

Renowned for his gripping performance in the critically and commercially successful film Kantara Rishab Shetty infuses the part with a deep sense of spiritual and physical intensity. Both movie circles and fan communities are already buzzing about his casting. 

The actor is ideally suited to play Hanuman the divine vanara renowned for his unwavering devotion to Lord Rama, great strength and valiant actions thanks to his grounded demeanor and commitment to rooted storytelling.
