Exclusive: Avika Gor talks about her journey so far & her future plans, watch the full interview!
Avika Gor is a name that doesn’t require any introduction now. She has made a mark for herself in the TV industry. It is impossible to forget her incredible work in Balika Vadhu, the show is still fresh in our minds and she is still our Anandi. Over the years, she has evolved not just as an actor but also as an individual too. From showcasing her skills as an actor on different platforms to refusing to promote fairness cream, she is a disciplined and driven woman. Recently, RJ Rachit from One World News interacted with her.

While talking to Rachit, Avika revealed that she had a normal childhood. She went to school, had fun with her friends, and used to visit her Nani Ka Ghar as well. Avika said that she used to love the attention she got during Balika Vadhu. She also revealed that her teachers used to ask- “Kal Episode Kya Hone Wala?”
In a special segment of revealing your first, she revealed that her first crush was Shahid Kapoor & thanked Supriya Pilgaonkar & Sachin Pilgaonkar for making her super comfortable on the first day of her shoot. She went on to reveal her future plans and said she will be a part of 8 Telugu films. Interestingly, three of them are being produced under her own production.
Towards end of the interview, she also remembered her beautiful days with iconic actor Surekhaji. She revealed that working with her was such a learning experience. Notably, Surekha Ji had played the role Dadi on Balika Vadhu. Avika said, “She used to motivate us. Agar kabhi dhandti bhi thi toh she used to bring chocolates next day.”

Avika is indeed an inspiration for many young people out there. Be it professional or personal life, she gives us major life goals. Well, as of now, she has kept the plans of her being a part of Balika Vadhu season 2 under wraps but we would love to watch her onscreen.
