Bollywood stars are real family men and an example for their fans

Family is an essential part of our life. No matter what the situation is, one always finds their family members standing by their side as a pillar of strength. Today is International Family Day 2020. International Family Day is celebrated on 15 May every year to make every human being aware of his / her family. The day is celebrated to not just thank our family members but also to raise awareness towards various family issues. We are going to introduce you to those Bollywood families, i.e., families who have become more hits than films, under the guise of this day. The Bollywood film industry has many families that have made the industry a respected part of the global film industry. On International Day of Family, take a look at some of the famous Bollywood families.

1. The Kapoor family

Prithviraj Kapoor’s family has been a major part of the Bollywood film industry for a long time. Our parents grew up watching his films. His children Raj Kapoor, Shammi Kapoor, and Shashi Kapoor then became path-breaking actors in Bollywood. Raj Kapoor’s sons Randhir and Rishi Kapoor acted in movies and were successful actors. The current lot of the Kapoors are ruling Bollywood with their tremendous efforts and hard work! Kareena, Karisma Kapoor, and Ranbir are successful actors in the industry.

2.  Bacchan Family

 One of the most illustrious families of Bollywood, the Bachchans are the epitome of family bonding. Amitabh-Jaya, Abhishek-Aishwarya, Aradhya, Shweta Bachchan Nanda, Navya Naveli, and Agastya have special bonding.

3. Anil Kapoor’s family

The ‘jhakaas’ superstar’s family is quite prominent among the Bollywood families. He always stands up with his family members. Boney Kapoor and Sridevi’s daughters Khushi and Jahnavi share a special bond with each other.

4. Khan’s family

if we are talking about families, who can forget the family of Bollywood Bhai “Salman Khan”. Salman is very attached to his brothers Arbaaz and Sohail, and sisters Alvira Khan Agnihotri and Arpita who mostly live together at Galaxy Apartments, Bandra, Mumbai. The Khan family has created a huge legacy.

5. Roshan family

 The Bollywood superstar, Hrithik Roshan comes from a very influential family of Roshans. Hrithik, Rakesh Roshan (father/actor-director), Rajesh (uncle/music director), ex-wife Sussanne Khan, children Hrehaan and Hridhaan have a perfect family.

6. Pataudi family

 Actor Saif Ali Khan hails from a royal family, and this family is also an integral part of Bollywood. Saif’s mother is the Indian actor Sharmila Tagore, who married cricketer Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi. Sharmila’s daughter Soha Ali Khan is also a Bollywood actor and is married to actor Kunal Khemmu. Saif was married to actor Amrita Singh and then took divorce from her and later tied the knot with Kareena Kapoor. Sara Ali Khan, Saif’s daughter who is acting well in films.

7. The Bhatts

Alia is one of the rare actresses and Bollywood is quite lucky to have such a talented family. Emraan Hashmi is Alia’s third cousin. Her mother Soni Razdan has also acted in few films.

8. The Akhtar’s

 Javed Akhtar’s first wife Honey Irani was an actress. His second wife, Shabana Azmi is also an actress who belongs to a family of actors. Maneka Irani (Honey’s sister) is Farah and Sajid Khan’s mother. Tabu is Shabana Azmi’s niece and Tanvi Azmi is her sister. Farhan and Zoya Akhtar are Shabana and Javed’s children. Farhan Akhtar is a talented person who has excellence in writing, direction, acting, singing and many more talents.

9. The Mukherjee

 Everyone in the Mukherjee family is either an actor or director or a music composer or producer. Ayan, Kajol, and Rani Mukherjee are cousins. We guess talent runs in the family!

10. Shahrukh khan

 He is known as the Badshah of Bollywood but he is indeed the king of heart too when it comes to family. He is often seen as a caring and family man of Bollywood.
