Wildlife -The Balance of Nature

Both plants and animals in wildlife play a vital role in ecology. This day talks about the preservation of varied forms of flora and fauna and raises awareness about the benefits people to reap due to a balanced ecology. Everything in the natural world is connected. An ecosystem is a community of living and non-living which need to be balanced always for a good go ahead. Every little animal within the ecosystem has a vital role in the well-being of the planet. If one species are rendered extinct due to some imbalance, it can have significant fatal effects on throughout the rest of the chain. For example, even a small bee is, in fact, a crucial work in the factory of nature.

World Wildlife day 2019: Theme

 Conclusion

Globally, the market value of marine and coastal resources and industries is estimated at US$3 trillion per year, about 5% of global GDP. Over three billion people depend on marine and coastal biodiversity for their livelihoods. Marine wildlife has supported human civilization and development for decades, from providing food and nourishment, to material for handicraft and construction. It has also enriched our lives culturally, spiritually, and recreationally in different ways.  It is a great opportunity to raise awareness about the immense diversity of marine life, the crucial importance of marine species to human development, and how we can make sure it will continue to provide these services for future generations unless we take actions to preserve it.
