Rajnath Singh attacked Pakistan PM after his speech at UNGA
Indian Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has warned Pakistan against the armed conflict with India saying that India is capable of giving a much bigger blow. The comment came after the speech of Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan’s at the United States General Assembly on Friday. Imran Khan raised the issue of Kashmir and cautioned the global body of “consequences” if two nuclear-armed-nations India and Pakistan waged war.

Pakistan needs to understand that India is stronger now: Rajnath Singh
Rajnath Singh after commissioning Scorpene-class attack submarine at Mumbai said that Pakistan needs to understand that after the commissioning of INS Khanderi, Indian Navi has become much stronger. They should know our capabilities and it can be used if required.

“The country is proud of its Navy and cannot forget the role navy played during 1971 war when Operation Python and Operation Trident broke the backbone of Pakistan Navy” Singh added citing the importance of submarines in modern strategic warfare.

India received multiple terror threats in last three months
India has received multiple terror threats including serious credible threats to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Amit Shah and at least 30 major cities in the last three month.
The Army revealed intelligence reports which stated that South India can be attacked by terrorists. These warnings came weeks after ports in Gujrat were put on high alert over inputs that commandos of Pakistan might infiltrate Indian water through the Kutch area.
Rajnath Singh also stepped up the war rhetoric in response to Pakistan reactivating terror camps in Balakot that were bombed by IAF in February. After two days of confirmation of reactivation by Bipin Rawat, Mr Singh said, India is “fully prepared”.

On Thursday, the defence minister said that the centre was committed to ensuring the nation’s maritime security at a time when activities related to terror seems a distant possibility.
