My name is Sophie, and I was invented by Aditya. I teach at Shivcharan Inter College, Bulandshahr. Children, do you want to know anything from me?” The robot’s ability to interact naturally with students amazed everyone present, showing how AI can simulate a real teaching experience.

During the demonstration, Aditya tested Sophie’s general knowledge skills. When asked who the first President of India was, Sophie correctly responded, “Dr Rajendra Prasad.” Similarly, when asked about the country’s first Prime Minister, she accurately replied, “Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru.” These responses impressed students and teachers alike, demonstrating that AI can provide precise information and support learning in real-time. Speaking to ANI, Aditya shared his vision for expanding AI education in India. “I have used an LLM chipset to build this robot, which is also used by big companies that make robots. It can clear students’ doubts. For now, she can only speak, but we are designing it so she can write as well soon. There should be a lab in every district so students can come there and do research,” he said. His remarks underline the importance of giving students access to technology and innovation labs to nurture creativity and problem-solving skills.
