Tamil Nadu’s Vaishnavi Gannesh was named the first runner-up, while Gujarat’s Anushri Satavlekar finished as the second runner-up and received the Miss International India 2026 title.
The judging panel included prominent names from the Indian pageant and entertainment world, including Sushmita Sen, Urvashi Rautela, Rhea Singha, Celina Jaitly and Pragya Kapoor, adding further prestige to the competition.
