  • 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Chop the mangoes, add the red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro and jalapeño pepper to a bowl.
