Adah Sharma – Early life
Besides that, Adah Sharma is a popular Bollywood actor, in Mumbai where she spent her childhood. 11th May, 1992 was the date, her parents were blessed with a little girl born to a Brahmin family and to Tamil family descent.Ada’s father is a merchant navy captain and hails from Madurai city in the south. The actor’s father is by profession a Yoga instructor and is from Nattupura, a village close to Palghat. In the film, the actor retained his original surname, which was spelled Sarma, but later changed it to better blend in Mumbai after many years of residence.
Acting Career –
In 2023, she featured in the lead role in The Kerala Story in which she portrayed the character of Shalini Unnikrishnan / Fathima Ba, a girl who was radicalized and converted to Islam, and later got involved in the terrorist group ‘ISIS’/ Anuj Kumar of The Hindu said: “Captured by Adah Sharma as Shalini, who, though, loses her innocence, yet remain firm.” The film ended up being among the highest grossing films in that year. Apart from the dizzy heights she has already conquered with her film “The Kerala Story,” she has also picked up her first international role by portraying a female superhero in an action film. Her vision for Basstar, another project of hers, was not very well-liked, and even her performance was judged and found wanting.
