Bring Trash Bags Along, Mt.Everest Climbers

According to the Nepal authorities the world’s highest peak climbers will have to bring down atleast eight kilograms of waste along with their own oxygen cylinders and human waste. The collected junk will have to be deposited to the pollution committee at the base camp.

Everest is the key income source for Nepal, as it attracts the tourists from all over the world in the peak climbing season of April and May.

At present Everest contains about 40 to 50 tons of trash, which contains beer cans, oxygen cylinders, human waste and even climber’s death bodies. Government of Nepal is serious this time and will be taking legal actions against the climbers who will not carry garbage in order to clean the Himalayan ranges.
