Founder- director of the Centre for cellular Molecular Biology and a veteran scientist, PM Bhargava has decided to return his Padma Bhushan in protest against “the government’s attack on the issue of rationalism, reasoning and science”.
In fact, 135 scientists have also joined the protest by signing an online petition to the President, protesting intolerance.
