Chief Minister of Bihar praises senior leader of Janta Dal united Vijay kumar Chaudhary on being chosen as the speaker of the Bihar Assembly.

According to Nitish Kumar,”With the common agreement of all Vijay Kumar Chaudhary has been chosen as the speaker of the Bihar Assembly. I am happy that a healthy tradition has been followed. I believe that he is an able person who is well aware of the system of parliament.”

Choudhary, who represents the Sarairanjan constituency in Bihar’s Samastipur District, is considered to be very close to Nitish Kumar, and his appointment as the speaker is seen as a planned step by JD (U).
