In what can be seen as one of the most tragic and worst shooting in Orlando, United Sates of America, a 29 year old man by the name of Omar Marteen shot 50 people and injured around 53 more in a shooting at a Nightclub. To show its solidarity, the Eiffel Tower in Paris would be in the LGBT colours for the victims of the shooting.

“Paris is with Orlando. Tonight, the Eiffel Tower will be illuminated in LGBT colours in homage to the victims,” said the mayor Anne Hidalgo in a tweet.
Many others from all over the world have expressed their grief, shock and solidarity with Orlando and the victims.
