Haryana Chief Minister, Manohar Lal Khattarr has recently said that Beti Bachao is an effective programme. He was feeling very happy over achieving positive results in promoting education of girl child.
He said three families can be improved if a girl child is provided education the results we are getting are amazing and I think all of us should contribute more in this initiative.
