According to reports, Supreme Court on Monday adjourned the Babri demolition case for four weeks after several parties sought adjournment for filing documents in connection with the criminal conspiracy.
After listening to a petition in Babri mosque case opposing the dropping of criminal conspiracy charges against BJP Veterans the Supreme Court ruled out this decision.
The petition was moved by CBI. There are two sets of cases under this case. One set is against senior BJP leader, L.K Advani and other against the lakhs of karsevaks.
Now what turn the case will take, will only come into the picture after four weeks.
