Yunha Kim, the CEO of ‘Simple Habit’ promises better sleep, more focus, improved memory, and crucially, less stress with the help of the app.

Kim admitted that meditation has changed the way she herself dealt with stress.

Apparently, ‘Simple Habit’ single session can help you focus attention.

But to really get the best from the sessions, some dedication is required.

The app promises that five minutes a day for two to four weeks will really supercharge the initial effect. The sessions are available at iOS and Android platforms with its monthly subscription of $12 or $100 per year.

Also, $400 could get you a lifetime subscription to the sessions.

‘Simple Habit’ is created with the help of of a Harvard psychologist and several mediation teachers. It has been more than six months since the app was first released. Already people from over 115 countries have used it.
