The official notification has made it crystal clear that there won’t be any further extension of the registration deadline. So, make sure you complete your registration before 5pm today.

Important Dates to Remember

Once you’re registered, mark your calendar for two crucial dates:

– Admit Card Release: The CAT 2023 admit card will be available on October 25.

– Exam Date: The CAT 2023 exam will take place on November 26, 2023 (Sunday).

Choose Your Test Cities

You have the freedom to select any six test cities in order of your preference. With CAT 2023 being conducted in 155 cities, you can pick the ones that suit you best.

Registration Steps Made Easy

Here’s a quick guide to the registration process:

  1. Register: Create your user ID and password.
  2. Log In: Use your new user ID and password to fill in your application form.
  3. Submit: After entering your details, make an online payment and submit your application.

Fees

The registration fee is ₹1,200 for SC, ST, and persons with disabilities (PWD). For other categories, it’s ₹2,400. Remember, once you’ve paid, there are no refunds.

Eligibility Criteria

Good news! Bachelor’s degree holders or final-year graduation students from any stream can apply for CAT 2023.

The Test Format

CAT 2023 is a 120-minute test with three sections:

  1. Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension
  2. Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning
  3. Quantitative Ability

Candidates will have exactly 40 minutes for each section and can’t switch between sections.

Why CAT 2023 Matters

Your CAT 2023 score isn’t just for IIMs. Non-IIM member institutions listed on the CAT website also consider these scores for their admissions. But remember, IIMs have no role in non-IIM selection processes.
