October 17 marks the National Boss’s Day:- Boss’s Day is 17 October 2016, this year and it’s time to evince our deepest gratitude and love to the strongest backbone, our boss.

ORIGIN

Patricia Bays Haroski registered the “National Boss’ Day” with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in 1958. Patricia H. was working as a secretary for State Farm Insurance Company in Deerfield, Illinoisand chose her father’s birthday, who also happens to be her boss.

She thought of showing appreciation to bosses that they highly deserve. In addition, Haroskialso believed that young employees sometimes do not understand the hard work and dedication that their supervisors/managers put into their work and the type of challenges they face.

Say no to boss trolls today, happy day!

Boss’s day is one such day that we, as employees get to celebrate and acknowledge the hard work and amazing managing skills our boss puts in.

Have you ever thought how it would to be work if there is no boss? Imagine nobody to guide you, to understand your problems, to scold you in your wrong and at the same time to make you learn the right thing. Such bizarre it would become.

Therefore, our bosses are those hidden ninjas that break and make things for us even though they do not always pat our backs.

P.S. Happy Boss’s Day, we are fortunate to work under your guiding tree.
