1. Firstly, when you approach your car after it has been parked in the sun for a long duration. Open all four doors first so that air can passed inside the car- now open the boot and begin opening and closing the boot several times. This action creates an outward pressure and immediately releases all hot fumes from the car.

2. Secondly, when you sit in the car do not directly switch on the AC. Instead put on the ac and allow the windows to be rolled down. This aids in releasing hot air faster. When you sit in the car after it has been parked in the sun for a few hours, you will notice a peculiar smell in the car. So, ensure to turn the vents of the fan away from your face when you switch on the AC and do not inhale in a heated car parked under the sun. Let the hot fumes release first.

3. You should not drink water which was left in car for a long time. When the car gets heat up, the plastic bottle heats up as well making the water toxic.’ DO NOT CONSUME IT’. If your car is overloaded with passengers and you feel the air conditioner is not effective, and then some cold water on the condenser of your in-car air conditioner. This will boost the efficiency of your air conditioner.

4. When you begin driving, keep the AC on and leave the windows slightly open for a few minutes to release hot fumes and gases from the car .Hot air expands, so maintain slightly lesser tyre pressure when going on a long drive in peak summers to ensure a smooth ride. Higher tyre pressure can make the vehicle unstable at high speeds.

So, guys not only take care of yourself, but take care of your vehicle too!
