  1. Kuttu Ki Roti (Buckwheat Flatbread): Sawan is a popular Hindu sacred month that also involves fasting and torts. A common preparation consumed during the period is Kuttu ki Roti. This flatbread is prepared from buckwheat flour which is, in fact, gluten-free and has the potential of nourishing the body. Kuttu ka atta with mashed potatoes, rock salt (sendha namak) and water to make soft dough. You’ll form it into rotis and had on hot griddle with a spoonful of ghee.
