The Bharatiya Janta Party asked the opposition party Congress to stop its strict stand in the Parliament over the National Herald issue and alleged the old party of keeping the Gandhi family above the Constitution of India.

Minister of Union Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari said that Congress should appeal in the Supreme Court if they are not happy with the decision of High court.

Information and Broadcasting Minister, Rajyavardhan Singh Rathor on his side said it doesn’t make sense that the Congress is disturbing the Parliament session because of a matter waiting in the court.
