Petrol price hiked by Rs. 0.58 and Diesel cut down by Rs. 0.31

The government has recently hiked the price of petrol by Rs. 0.58 per litre, but has also decreased the price of diesel by a margin of Rs. 0.31 per litre.

The Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. has also decided to affect the following changes w.e.f midnight of September 16.

Petrol Prices Hiked

Now, the petrol in Delhi will be priced at Rs. 64.05 per litre, while diesel will be Rs. 52.63 per litre.

However, the current level of international product prices and also diesel and INR-USD exchange rate warrant increase in the prices of petrol and diesel, the impact of which has been passed on to the consumers with this current price revision.
