Monsoon reaches Delhi, Uttarakhand toll increases

Heavy rains lashed several parts of India as monsoon enters Delhi and other states on Saturday, even as the figure in a landslide in Arunachal Pradesh has increased while ten rivers in Uttarakhand were in series a day after he was hit by a downpour that left at least 15 dead.
