According to a report, A Coorg Court will conduct hearings against Ramya on October 19 in sedition case for praising people in Pakistan.
Notably the actor – turned politician stuck on her views and said she would not apologize for her remarks.

She had said that Pakistan is not hell, people there are just like us after she came back from Islamabad. Her remarks came as veiled counter to the comments of Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar , who lashed out at Pakistan and had said that going to Pakistan is same as going to hell.
The overall controversy has been taken to the court and now court will conduct hearings on October 19.
