Two youth have been arrested for making fun and sharing online a morphed image of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, Chief Mohan Bhagwat. The duo was arrested after the police received complaints of hurting Hindus sentiments.
22 –year- old Shakir Banthia and 21 -year -old Vasim Shaikh have been arrested for sharing an image combining Mohan Bhagwat’s Torso with that of a woman’s body clad in brown pants. According to reports, the imagehas made fun of the RSS decision to change its dress code.
The RSS last week revealed that its members will replace their traditional Khakhi shorts and will opt instead for a pair of trousers. It seems this move is an attempt to attract young people towards RSS.
