Having this probiotic would help to regain lost good bacteria.

There could be a variety of forms of bacteria, which can be classified under probiotics. However, two main types are commonly available. Those are lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium bacteria. Daily consumption of curds provides an enormous amount of calcium and vitamin D to your body. Both calcium and vitamin D are needed for your bone health. Stronger bones can minimize the incidence of arthritis, osteoporosis, and rheumatoid arthritis.

A daily cup of curds provides us with the required amount of calcium, protein, zinc and vitamin B. this keeps your skin toned and smooth. So, have a bowl of curds every day during lunchtime or you can have it with rice and roti while having lunch. It will also enhance the taste of our meal.

Buttermilk possesses antiviral, antibacterial, and anti-cancerous properties. It can decrease cholesterol and release acidity problems.

Experts suggest that it is best to have buttermilk at the time of lunch.
