The Kapoor family cannot stop talking about it as Anshula Kapoor, the daughter of Boney Kapoor and Mona Shourie Kapoor who died earlier recently got officially engaged to her long time boyfriend, Rohan Thakkar. This heartwarming news shared by Anshula on her social media has brought on an emotional outcry by her elder brother Arjun Kapoor who referred to her Didi, half-sisters Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor who are always expressing their utter joy concerning this news to their Didi.

A New York Love Proposal-

At this point, Anshula posted a compendium of most obscure and happy photos of the proposal, which was done in the beautiful Central Park of New York City, in front of the famous Belvedere Castle. In the pictures, we see Rohan Thakkar on one knee convinced a gorgeous looking pear shaped blue diamond ring, and with a visibly surprised and tearful Anshula saying yes.

In a touching message bundled with her post, Anshula unveiled the wonderfully touching aspect of the proposal by Rohan. They met on a dating application and their first chat started at 1:15 Am Tuesday. After three years, when Rohan proposed, the time was 1:15 AM on India time, which makes it very magical and proves that this love story is the story of a particular couple. Anshula explained that Rohan was her best friend, safe place and a person and their love story was not by mistake but intentional. Thoughtful. Real. Us.”

Arjun Kapoor is well bonded with Anshula and the news came home to him in a very personal way. The actor went to his Instagram Stories and wrote a heart-touching note to his sister and her fiance in a very emotional fashion. She is here to stay, my life found her, he wrote, and then added, “Here’s to a happily ever after both of yrs @anshulakapoor @rohanthakkar1511 (Missed Mom a little extra today) Love u guys.”

His reference to their late mother, Mona Shourie Kapoor, resonated with fans, excited that this was a major milestone in their lives and that their joy, while bittersweet, was tinged with wishing their mother could be there to see it.

Janhvi and Khushi’s Unfettered Excitement-

Anshula’s half-sisters, Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor, were no less happy about the engagement even if it wasn’t their engagement! Janhvi, who has always had a wonderful relationship with Anshula and, according to reports, was the first member of the family to meet Rohan when Anshula decided to get serious with him, celebrated the news with total unfettered excitement. “My sister is engaged.
