Quick and easy breakfast that can make you super healthy 


Majority of people miss their morning breakfast which is actually not good for health. Usually, due to lack of time we voluntarily choose to skip breakfast but guys today we have come up with easy and quick breakfast recipes you can try and feed your tummy in the morning. Breakfast is the first meal of the day. And, it is very important to have a filling meal before you get into the daily grind. Usually, breakfast should be elaborate and also, the heaviest meal of the day. Stop, neglecting it.

Banana and Oats Smoothie

1. Banana and oats smoothie: Whisk two wholesome pulpy bananas into the mixer and add two heaped teaspoons of oats. After whisking in, add a full glass of milk or yogurt with a dash of honey or a tablespoon of your favorite jam. Whip it all up for about a minute. All you get is a creamy smoothie, laden with the goodness of milk, oats and fresh fruits. You can also add a handful of nuts for that extra energy spike. It will taste better also.

2. Masala Idli: There is no better way of using leftover idlis than using them as masala idlis for the next day’s breakfast. And, to do so, simply add mustard seeds into a pan with a little oil. Add curry leaves into it, along with a pinch of salt, chili powder, and turmeric. Add halved idlis and stir-fry a little to get the color and the smokiness of the spices. Turn it off and have it with your favorite chutney or just like that. It is simple and not to mention, healthy.

3. Spanish Omelette: Whisk two eggs with some chopped Onion, tomatoes and other fresh vegetables. Don’t forget to add garlic and ginger. Add a pinch of salt. Oil the pan and make your Omelette. It will take around four minutes to cook completely, and lesser to devour.

Opt healthy option

 4 Garlic butter and beans on toast: Consider brown bread, if you want to have a healthy breakfast option. Toast and smear some margarine or butter on it. Meanwhile, heat the canned beans and add dry chili flakes, and a little salt to taste. Have it for breakfast and you will love it.

5. Stuffed sandwiches: Leftover sabzi is best used for stuffed sandwiches. Just add little pepper in your overnight sabzi and mix it well. Fill it with bread slices and toast it.
