This loss will result to the company not being able to produce steel parts and hence, it will halt car output from its plant at Japan. It is at the Japan steel house that 40 percent of it’s global output is produced. The company will keep running its production till 6th Of February, as the stock will last that long. Weekend and overtime shifts have also been cancelled due to this shortage. It is expected that full scale production will resume in March.
