 It is good to eat them in small quantities at least five times a day rather than having a heavy meal three times.

“I am 5 months pregnant and most of time I am not able to have my meal just because I don’t feel well. But it is important to have the right amount of nutrients during pregnancy so, the best way to do that is to have snacks. I have them 5 times in a day in small quantities as this helps to satisfy my craving and also provide me with nutrients.”, says Shivangi Nigam
