According to a report, Indian tax department has issued a notice to one of the telecoms giant, Vodafone and has asked the company to pay the taxes, otherwise its assets might get seized.
The company is required to pay disputed tax of Rs. 14, 200 crore that is still undergoing international arbitration proceedings according to the notice copy sent to the company.
The government has still not made it clear that what will be its immediate reaction , if the company denies to pay the tax.
