On Friday Air India said that, they will start a new tri- weekly Hyderabad- San Francisco flight via New Delhi from next week.
From New Delhi to San Francisco, the flight will travel non -stop. Passengers will undergo all customs and immigration formalities at Hyderabad airport itself.
On Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays flight AI-127 will depart to New Delhi at 2105 hours from Hyderabad.
On Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays flight AI-137 to San Francisco will leave from New Delhi at 0235 hours and will be operated with 13777-200LR air craft. Arrival time of flight in San Francisco will 0600 hours on the same day.
The flight will return to New Delhi on next days (Thursdays, Saturdays and Mondays) at 1030 hours. At 1740 hours it will leave for Hyderabad, where it will land at 1955 hours.
Rambabu, station manager of Air India said that, San Francisco is Air India’s 4th direct destination in US. Existing destinations are New York, Newark, and Chicago.
