National award winning filmmaker Tigmanshu Dhulia, who has given movies like Pan Singh Tomar to the nation and has also been a part of the film festival since the last three years, shared his views about the Indian cinema.

On being asked by One World News about why the quality of cinema is lowering down day by day in Bollywood and if it was the impact of the 100 crore club, Tigmanshu said ”You might be right. But yes, I agree that 2014 was not a good year in terms of cinema. Though, I have still not watched Ugly and P.K. but if I look at the entire year, there were hardly any movie that had a good story. As a director or a film maker it is my responsibility to provide good cinema to audiences and I am trying to do so.”

The Delhi film festival lasted for 8days and around 250 movies were showcased that were inclusive of Oscar winning movies as well. The festival showcased movies across from the world.
