Middle order batsman Darren Bravo did a brave performance to lift West Indies from an insecure position to a respectable score of 207 for six at the end of the days play against kangaroos.
In reply of Australian total of 583 for four declared West Indies endured an unstable start and struggling at 116-6 before Bravo scored 94 runs. Kemar Roach also contributed valuable 31 runs. Both player constructed an unbroken 91-run partnership for the seventh wicket.
Nathan Lyon has taken three wickets and received able support from Josh Hazelwood, who took two wickets.
