#Kejriwal_is_A_Sanke seems is misspelt as it was intended to say Snake. People have started calling the CM of Delhi a snake because AAP government gave nod to prosecute Kanhaiya Kumar in JNU sedition case.
Permission to prosecute Kanhaiya was given after Delhi police asked the Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s government last week requesting expedition.

Understand the role of AAP
The 1200 page-charge sheet, filed over a year ago, names Kanhaiya Kumar and nine others. It also included the names of Umar Khalid and Anirban Bhattacharya. The charge sheet alleges that they led a procession on the anniversary of the hanging of Parliament attack mastermind Afzal Guru and supporting the anti-Indian slogans.
However, the court refused the charge sheet and asked the police to take requisite sanction before they go ahead. The court had directed the cops to get sanction by February 6, 2019.
After the deadline was not met, the court said that Authorities can’t sit on file for an indefinite period”. The request for sanction is pending since. A charge sheet in a sedition case needs permission from the state government.
After this Arvind Kejriwal decided to give nod to the prosecution of Kanhaiya Kumar.
Kanhaiya Kumar was arrested on February 12 2016, in connection with the sedition case. He was later given bail.
