3 year old brother killed his 1 year old sister accidentally by shooting her with a gun available in their house.
In US California, a 3 year old brother shot his one year old sister accidentally with a gun when there was no adult present in the house. The gun was available in the house, loaded and open when the child picked up the gun to play with it, but ended up shooting his 1 year old sister with it. The whole incident took place in Fallbrook in San Diego County.

According to the police, the 3 – year old called 911 and told them about the incident. Upon arriving at the scene, police found that the child had found an unsecured and unlocked gun in his house, and accidentally shot his sister. Baby got injured in the head by the bullet.

Fire department personnel transported the child to Palomar Hospital where she was declared dead.
While talking to the family of the victim they refused to unveil their identity and the names of both the children because of the concerns of respect and dignity, they both are juvenile.
