The series is available on Disney+Hotstar and has eight episodes and has been adapted from the multi-season CBS show The Good Wife. The show has been adapted for the Indian context and has made changes accordingly. The series has been produced by  Banijay Asia and Ajay Dvgan FFilms.

Two scenes in the show have become extremely viral as Kajol can be seen kissing co-stars Alyy Khan and Jisshu Sengupta. The scene marks Kajol breaking her 23 years of the ‘no kissing policy on-screen’
