Their pairing comes after their appearance together in Pati Patni Aur Woh Do, although reports note that Udta Teer was actually filmed before that project. Udta Teer marks the directorial debut of Aakash Kaushik, who has previously worked as a writer on films including Housefull 4, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, Thank God and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. The film is produced by Dharma Productions and Sikhya Entertainment.

Udta Teer Release Date

Following the trailer launch, Udta Teer is scheduled to arrive in cinemas worldwide on October 9, 2026. The film was previously scheduled for an earlier release but was subsequently moved to October.

With its unusual premise, comedy-driven spy narrative and Ayushmann Khurrana-Sara Ali Khan pairing, the Udta Teer trailer presents a film that deliberately turns familiar patriotic and espionage formulas into comic situations.
