Baaghi 4 brings raw intensity, heart-pounding action, and Tiger Shroff in his most vicious form – hallmarks of the Baaghi franchise. Director Ahmed Khan makes another attempt to push the limits of action spectacle with Baaghi 4, featuring jaw-dropping stunts, a menacing villain, and the introduction of new actors. The film promises to raise the stakes higher than ever, but the real question remains – does it succeed in surpassing its predecessors, or does it fall into the same trap of prioritizing style over substance?
The Story: Old Beats with Fresh Insights
The film centers on Raghav (Tiger Shroff) a lone wolf with a tragic past who becomes entangled in a vicious war against a powerful syndicate headed by a vicious kingpin with a global reach played by Sanjay Dutt. He meets Aarohi (Harnaaz Sandhu in her Bollywood debut) along the way who gives his journey more emotional weight and an ensemble cast that features Sonam Bajwa in a unique role.
Betrayal retaliation and self-sacrifice – all well-known themes in Bollywood action dramas – are prevalent throughout the story. Even though there are some unexpected turns and intensely dramatic scenes the plot feels cliched overall especially to viewers who have watched the Baaghi series. At 157 minutes the movie drags at times and the action doesn’t always have the same impact as the emotional moments.
Tiger is the Front-Runner in Terms of Performance
Tiger Shroff is the focal point of Baaghi 4. His dedication to physically taxing stunts, fight choreography and charisma on screen enhances the movie. This is regarded by both critics and fans as one of his most powerful performances to date combining unadulterated aggression with moments of vulnerability.
In her eagerly awaited debut Harnaaz Sandhu offers poignancy and newness. Her chemistry with Tiger balances the otherwise testosterone-heavy plot and she is more than just a decorative element – she plays a crucial part in the narrative.
The antagonist played by Sanjay Dutt is a casting marvel. He is a dangerous opponent because of his intimidating aura and towering screen presence. Dutt is still one of Bollywood’s most bankable villains as evidenced by his dialogue and icy demeanor.
While Sonam Bajwa and other supporting actors add flavor Tiger Harnaaz and Dutt carry the film nearly entirely.
The Action: Cruel and Unrepentant
Baaghi has always been about action and this installment doesn’t let that down. The stakes are raised in Baaghi 4 with close-quarters battles and expansive set pieces that include explosives helicopters and hand-to-hand combat. The choreography is intense bone-crunching and occasionally almost too graphic for those who are easily frightened.
Bollywood has yet to match Tiger’s agility and martial arts skills and a number of scenes are sure to make people gasp. However some action sequences seem needlessly long and some scenes’ use of computer-generated imagery lacks polish which detracts from the unadulterated intensity.

- Problems With the Script- A number of scenes are repeated and the pacing is inconsistent.
- Over-The-Top Violence- Seems excessive and exhausting at times.
- The Shortcomings of CGI- Some images don’t align with the overall concept.
Conclusion: Only Action Fans Will Enjoy This Film
The action-packed film Baaghi 4 is exactly what it looks like: a mass audience that enjoys epic battle scenes and Tiger Shroff fans. This may disappoint you if you’re searching for uniqueness, complex characters or nuanced storytelling.
However Baaghi 4 is a paisa-vasool watch if your idea of entertainment is watching Tiger Shroff throw himself at a menacing Sanjay Dutt leap across exploding sets and crush the bad guys.
