Movie ‘Ab Dilli Dur Nahin’ Trailer Launched in Delhi

The Real Life Story of an IAS Officer: Ab Dilli Dur Nahin

The movie Ab Dilli Dur Nahin recently saw the launch of its trailer in Delhi. The movie is based on the real life story and struggle of a young boy and his journey to ace the most competitive exams in the country.

The Plot

The movie is inspired by Bihar-based IAS officer Govind Jaiswal who was in the news due to his humble background and how he topped the toughest exam of the country. The lead is being played by actor Imran Zahi. The actor has worked with directors such as Mahesh Bhatt before and also with theatre group such as Asmita Theatre Group. The film is an inspiring journey of how a young boy from Bihar overcame failures and struggles of his life, only to top the IAS exam. The trailer makes the movie worth waiting for and seems like a huge success waiting to happen.

On the event of the release of the trailer, the actor Imran said,”It’s not Govind Jaiswal’s biopic, but inspired from his life. We were looking for a relevant subject that would give out a strong message to audience because I believe cinema is the mirror of our society. So we wanted to create something meaningful and from there the idea of making a motivational film for today’s youth came into existence which can inspire and strike a chord in one’s heart.”
