Esha shared, “I had heard so much about this show through word of mouth. It was the talk of the town during the pandemic, and I was staying at my parents’ house in Delhi at the time. Everyone was raving about it, saying it’s an amazing show. So when Prakash Jha offered me the role and said, ‘This is your character,’ I didn’t have to think twice. I told him, ‘I don’t need any further information. You could pay me just one rupee, and I’d still accept it.’ The financial details, schedules, and dates were something I entrusted to my manager. Everything about this show felt right, and I’m thankful that Prakash sir envisioned me as Sonia.”
