Docuseries of Netflix 2022 you should not miss!!

It is the season of Documentaries and you have to watch these!

Netflix has been producing some mind-blowing content, and a trendy genre is the Docuseries. Gone are the days when documentaries were considered boring descriptions of how something is manufactured or what happened in an event. These Netflix Docuseries are a league apart and have made the idea of consuming serious topics more accepted and loved. The easy accessibility to informational content that actually teaches us something is not lost on Netflix.

Out of the many docuseries released this year, we picked our favorites so that you can end 2022 on a classic note!

Indian Predator: The Butcher of Delhi

The short three episodes series is a chilling account of an event that shook the capital. The series has been made carefully, and every event is depicted cautiously. The direction is good, and it gives an insight into the working of the police. It highlights how the team captured the killer and made history with its story. This is not a series that will make you feel light or relaxed, it is heavy, serious and not to be missed.

If you are one for crime series, this is a good choice. On the same line, Netflix also released a series called Beast of Bangalore: Indian Predator that is equally amazing and should not be missed.

Conversations with a Killer: The Jeffrey Dahmer Tapes

Who doesn’t love a story about a serial killer? This is exactly what Netflix has capitalized on- from Ted Bundy to John Wayne Gacy- they have made a documentary on some of the major serial killers of all time. The series gives insight into the minds of Dahmer and why and how he committed those gruesome crimes.

If you like this you should also watch the other series on the same line on killers such as Ted Bundy and John Wayne Gacy. Another series which should not be missed if you are a true crime lover is Mindhunter.

Our Greatest National Parks

Shifting to a lighter note, this series is impressive, beautiful, and mesmerizing. Narrated by Barack Obama, former President of the United States of America, the season is small, with just five episodes. It takes the viewer on a journey through the forests, the flora, fauna, and every relaxing detail. It makes for a good watch with family and also educating the kids.

Harry & Megan

Harry & Megan have been the talk of the town ever since they decided to get married. Their decision to step back from the royal family, their son’s birth, and the Queen’s death (among others) have always questioned the royal couple. The series is a candid and genuine experience that the couple shares with people.

They have talked about issues they faced with the family, the press, and the struggles of being who they are. After the series, the royal family has also shown some support to the couple, while some have called it a publicity stunt.
