A Pilot and her husband in Delhi’s Dwarka beat their minor domestic help, thrashed by locals.
On Wednesday, in Delhi’s Dwarka a pilot and her husband were thrashed by the locals on the street of Dwarka because they both harassed and assaulted their 10 year old domestic help.
Both the accused are identified by the police as Kaushik Bagchi, 36, and his wife Poornima, 33. While Poornima was a pilot, her husband was working as ground staff in a different airline.

According to the Police, the couple recently moved to Dwarka and hired a domestic worker who was a minor, a 10 year old girl. The police also said that the couple was harassing the girl for months.

According to the police, at around 9 am in the morning, police got a call for the incident from the relatives of the girl, who was harassed and tortured by her employers for two months and the relatives of the girl got to know about that only on Wednesday.

Then the minor’s family took action against them along with the local residents, who gathered outside the house of the couple and protested. When the couple came out, the crowd pushed them out and thrashed them.
A video was also made at that time which shows a group of women slapping the pilot and her husband very brutally and were seen pulling the woman’s hair and taking her down to the road.
Minor‘s statement was also recorded by the police counselor, said by the police.
The girl had injuries and burn marks all over the body as the couple harassed her very brutally.
The couple is in police custody now and further investigation is underway.
