This development follows the October 7 capture by Delhi Police’s Special Cell of two persons linked to the Arsh Dalla-Sukha Duneke gang, based in Canada.

One of the detained individuals was reportedly involved in the murder of Sandeep Nangal Ambian, the captain of the British Kabaddi team, in the previous year’s March.

Arshdeep Singh, 27 years old, from Dalla village in Punjab’s Moga district, is known for affiliations with radical groups like the Khalistan Tiger Force (KTF) and the International Sikh Youth Federation (ISYF). His connections extend to notorious Canadian gangster Goldy Brar.

Currently residing in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada, Arshdeep lives with his wife and young daughter. His passport, issued on September 1, 2017, remains valid until August 31, 2027, by the Regional Passport Office in Jalandhar.

Arsh Dalla became active in 2020, engaging in various criminal activities such as terror funding, forming terror cells, smuggling weapons across borders, and orchestrating targeted killings in Punjab.

According to intelligence agency records, Dala’s involvement in violent activities surpasses that of the late Khalistan Tiger Force (KTF) leader, Hardeep Singh Nijjar.

Collaborating with Nijjar, Dala played a pivotal role in setting up a KTF module with three members, involved in the murder of Tejinder, also known as Pinka, the owner of Sunshine Clothes Store in Moga in 2021.
