Mirai’s Mythological-Futuristic World Delivers a Powerful Climax
Mirai Preliminary Review: Teja Sajja is unquestionably one of the most well-known actors in the Telugu film industry. He has acted in a number of films throughout his career including Zombie Reddy which came out in 2021. The actor who was last seen in Hanu-Man had successfully destroyed the box office with his superhero movie. And now Teja Sajja is making headlines again because of his next fantasy action-adventure movie Mirai.
Mirai written and directed by Karthik Gattamneni is regarded as one of the year’s most anticipated releases. Manchu Manoj Ritika Nayak, Shriya Saran Jagapathi Babu and Jayaram are also in Mirai which stars Teja Sajja as The Super Yodha. Set in a mythological-futuristic universe the film chronicles the adventures of Super Yodha played by Teja Sajja who is tasked with protecting Emperor Ashoka’s nine sacred texts. These texts have the mystical power to change people into divine entities. A vicious group known as the Black Sword led by Manchu Manoj’s character Mahabir Lama stands in his way. The Mirai Rating
It should be noted that Mirai has been given a CBFC rating of U/A 16+ meaning that those over 16 in India can watch it. According to a Telugu Filmibeat report the censors were very pleased with the film’s narration and were particularly impressed with Mirai’s visual effects and graphics.
Teja Sajja meanwhile stated to The Hollywood Reporter India I knew that this was what I was waiting for during the first narration of Mirai. Our itihas were integrated into the narrative. It is an all-around commercial movie with modern features. I always look for screenplays that have a greater purpose for the audience to attend the theater than the main cast.
