These 20 Jobs Are In Danger Due to GPT-4

GPT-4 Can Replace these 20 Jobs. Is your job one of them?

That ChatGPT hasn’t taken the internet by storm would be an understatement. And then comes GPT-4, an even more advanced version that has led people to talk about the dangers of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on human jobs.

GPT-4 is the fourth version of the widely popular language generation model developed by OpenAI. It is expected to be an even more powerful language model than its predecessor, GPT-3. GPT-4 has a high level of contextual understanding, making it more capable of completing complex tasks such as writing articles, composing music, and even coding.

Artificial intelligence (AI) has undoubtedly impacted the workforce in various ways, and one of the significant effects is the potential threat to jobs. With the advent of AI, many companies are investing in automation to replace human labor. Now, with the popularity and advancement of “chatbots” like ChatGPT, there is a higher risk to human jobs that require the use of human talent.

Rowan Cheung- the founder of The Rundown, a newsletter on AI tweets this-

Many people refuted the idea that AI will be able to replace a news reporter. As AI works on already existing information, it cannot write new stories or report what is happening in the field.

A user writes-

Teaching is a job that needs personal connection and the chances that AI could replace that is a little difficult to accept. There is no denying that teaching from AI is much faster, cheaper and vast, but tutors being replaced by machines seems a little difficult.

So, even though there is no denying that some jobs can be in danger due to AI, some jobs will need human capabilities and talent. Even for the jobs that are replaceable, there will be alternatives.
