Today is the 229th Anniversary of the first Mont Blanc that is why it has been honored by Google’s doodle.
Do you know why this date is so important?
It is because Mont Blanc’s peaks are among some of the deadliest peaks in the world but two mountaineers; Jacques Balmat and Michel Paccard managed it and made it a record for every climber.
